Within 45 days of purchase:
If you wish to initiate a return, please reach out to us at service@inaturalvine.com, and we will gladly provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Rest assured, we will cover the cost of shipping! Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
After 45 days of purchase:
For returns requested beyond the initial 45-day period, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Customers will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once your items are delivered to us, returns will be processed within 5-7 days.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and attach a photo as evidence. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
DELIVERY CLAIMS:
In the event of a non-delivery or if your tracking information indicates that the carrier has delivered the package but you have not received it, we kindly ask for your patience as there may be delays or scanning issues within the delivery carriers during this busy period. Please allow 3-5 days for the package to arrive. If it still hasn't arrived after 5 days, please contact NEWMIST LLC within 10 days to file a claim.
Please note that NEWMIST LLC cannot be held responsible for packages that have been reported as stolen, lost, or misplaced if the carrier's records indicate that they have been delivered. In such cases, we are not obligated to issue a refund or store credit for these packages.

RETURNED-TO-SENDER & REFUSED PACKAGES:
In most cases, we do not offer prepaid return labels for packages that are returned to us or refused by the recipient. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for returning these items. Once the packages are received and restocked, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, provided that the address was entered correctly.
Please note that our in-house representatives are unable to tamper with the address label in any way.
Once an order is placed in our system, we are unable to make any changes to it. To ensure the proper delivery of your package, it is essential to enter the correct address with all the necessary information. Please use accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) to facilitate the delivery process.
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided at the time of purchase is incorrect.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS:
Once a return is initiated and your return label has been printed, it is important to note that your items should arrive at your local carrier/postal office within 7 days to be sent back to our distribution center in Greenbelt, Maryland. Failure to have the items arrive within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of the return by NEWMIST LLC.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to define, limit, refuse, and reject returns from customers at our sole discretion. This may occur in situations involving an irregular or excessive returns history, including returns of used, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, as well as cases involving potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Please note that any items sent to our Warehouse will be discarded upon receipt.
STORE EXCHANGES:
Due to the uncertainty of item availability at the time returned items reach our Distribution Center, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate exchanges, except in extremely limited circumstances.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS:
In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please reach out to our dedicated Customer Care team at service@inaturalvine.com within 7 business days of the delivery date. Once we receive your request, we will promptly contact you to address and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
RETURNING BY MAIL:
Please note that NEWMIST LLC assumes no responsibility for returns until they are received at our Distribution Center in WYOMING. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage and shipping your return with a tracking number, as we cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. To ensure the successful processing of your return, it is essential to provide proof of receipt and delivery. Failure to do so may result in NEWMIST LLC refusing to issue store credit for your return.
When returning items, please ensure that the package includes exactly what was in the original purchase and/or what was selected for return. Any missing items may cause a discrepancy in the return process and will be subject to NEWMIST LLC's discretion when determining the eligibility for any form of refund.
